Digimon Master Online Connection issues

I have noticed that some people have login problems to Digimon Masters Online. After successfully login into account, then it will stuck at the " Bringing Server Information " 

example :  "bringing server information" and suddenly my screen go white and a message pop out "dmo network- connect(31.193.16873:7029) failure" 

there, then after a while a connection error will popped up instead with closing the game. This problem mostly happen to Malaysian players. Luckily, this can be undone by using Hotspot. So the only solution is to download and install hotspot ( for now ), just connect hotspot every time you wants to play Digimon Masters Online, this should solve the problem. Further notice will be post when hotspot is no longer required to login into the game.

btw im recommended using Spotflux because more stanble and not many Disconnected from server game

How to Start Playing Digimon Online

Login your ID and pass. Choose which server do you want to play in, Lucemon or Leviamon.
Create your character, choose between Marcus Damon, Yoshino Fujieda, Thomas H. Norstein or Keenan Krier. For more info : Tamer's status. Named your char in the Name Box. Click create.

Then, choose your partner digimon. There are Agumon, Lalamon, Gaomon, and Falcomon. As you can see that the tamer has their own partner, such as Marcus Damon with Agumon or Keenan Krier with Falcomon. However. you can pick whatever you want. Remember, each tamer and each digimon has their own status.
